Dr. Gibson originates from Ohio. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He then decided to continue his professional training and pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic. He received his D.C. from Chiropractic College in Dallas Texas.

He met his wife, Debbie, while interning at Westinghouse in Orlando, FL. They have three children. Dr. Gibson and his family has been residing in Greensboro, NC since 1996.

Dr. Gibson has maintained a scientific approach to chiropractic due to his background in engineering. He was the first chiropractor to introduce Insight 7000 surface electroymyography testing to this community. He continues to stay on the leading edge of technological advances in chiropractic. He was also the first chiropractor to offer DRX-9000 Spinal Decompression System and Pro-Adjustor computerized spinal analysis and adjusting system to the Greensboro community.

Dr. Gibson has taken post-graduate courses in Whiplash Trauma, Soft Tissue Injuries, Permanent Soft Tissue Injuries, Chiropractic Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Neurology, Pediatric Chiropractic Techniques, Cold Laser Therapy, and Personal Injury Medico Legal Issues. He is a certified chiropractic insurance consultant.
